Terms & Conditions

In an emergency, call 911.

Sun City Irrigation provides information about irrigation contractors services in its area. Details are general and may change; confirm scope, price and availability directly.

When you send an enquiry or call, we pass it to a local business that can help. That business, not us, is responsible for its services and its response to you.

If you opt in on our enquiry form, or text us first, you may receive text messages about your enquiry from Sun City Irrigation, sent by ITIBG LLC on behalf of the business handling it. Messages cover follow-up about your enquiry, appointment or callback scheduling, and answers to your questions. Consent is optional and not a condition of service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP or INFO for help. Reply START, YES or UNSTOP to opt back in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts under this program come only from Sun City Irrigation, on this website's number; the business handling your enquiry does not text you under this consent. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have their permission.

Do not submit false enquiries or someone else's information without their permission, and do not interfere with or misuse this website.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, ITIBG LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for the acts or services of any business listed or referred.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and without limiting any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date below.
